Full steam ahead for Siemens

Designed to create healthier and tastier food using lower temperatures and less energy  Siemens now includes built in steam oven model HB26D550B in its comprehensive cooking appliance range. 

At only 45cm wide this compact oven has a generous capacity of 35 litres and a contemporary stainless steel exterior to coordinate with other cooking appliances in the Siemens range. 

With a choice of 37 automatic programmes and three shelf levels, the HB26D550B steam oven is the ideal way to cook vegetables, fish and meat at temperatures ranging from 40°C to 100°C.  Thanks to this gentle heating method, more of the vitamins and minerals are retained in food.

There is no need for plumbing the oven into a water supply as it incorporates its own large capacity water tank, which is easy to remove for re-filling.  Simply slot the oven in to the housing, plug in and start steaming.
