Following the successful launch of the 1092 Deluxe Induction range cooker, Falcon has now introduced an induction hob to their popular Continental. The original stylish Falcon Continental offers multiple features that enable an expert level of cooking such as a fan oven, multifunctional oven that includes a dual circuit grill. By adding the induction hob, the Falcon Continental Induction brings increased precision to cooking.
The Induction hob top gives the ‘at home chef' precise control at their finger tips including:
- Instant high power through the boost features
- Zoned sensors that control the temperature at 65°C for two hours allowing food to be kept warm after cooking
- Each zone is fitted with pan detection so that the hob turns off if the pan is removed for a certain length of time
- A sensor that will recognize when the temperature of a pan rises rapidly, indicating that a pan has boiled dry, and will automatically reduce the power to maintain a safer level until the pan is removed
- Residual Heat Indicator - the temperature of the glass surface will remain considerably cooler than the hob below no matter what temperature is reached
- A child lock that can be activated when the hob is no longer in use
