HiB Celebrates their 100th Hire

The team at HiB are celebrating following the appointment of 100th employee, Engin Fehim.

Founded almost 30 years ago, HiB began as a single person operation back in 1990. Today, it is a market leading global brand, and with 20% growth each year over the last four years, has expanded enormously from its one-man-band origins.

Joining as a customer service advisor, Engin’s addition as the 100th member of the team marks a huge milestone for HiB, whose workforce has grown in line with the business’s ongoing success. In his role, Engin will be responsible for upholding the high standards of customer service for which HiB is known. Previously a manager in the pub trade, Engin’s background in customer relations will stand him in good stead for his new position, where he will be engaging with customers on a daily basis.

Commenting on his role, Engin said: “I am delighted to have joined HiB, and am proud to be its 100th employee. I have received an extremely warm welcome from the team, as well as a thorough two-week induction which made me feel completely supported. HiB is known for its fantastic customer service, so I’m excited to continue that reputation in my new position.”

Emma Cuggy, customer & employee experience manager at HiB, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Engin to HiB, and look forward to seeing him shine in his role as a customer service advisor. Appointing our 100th employee is a big moment for us, it really represents how much we have grown as a business, and our dedication to continuously enhancing the customer service we provide.
