A new remote control app for Geberit AquaClean Mera and Tuma

Operating the Geberit AquaClean Mera and Tuma shower toilets is now even simpler, with a new remote control app for smartphones.

Alongside a simple-to-use control panel and intuitive remote control, the latest Geberit AquaClean shower toilets can also be operated via an app on an Android or Apple smartphone. The app is available for the Geberit AquaClean Mera from the end of April with the Geberit AquaClean Tuma app available from this summer.

The Geberit AquaClean Mera and Tuma shower toilets feature the latest technology, including a patented WhirlSpray with adjustable shower pressure settings and water spray temperature, warm air dryer and odour extraction, all of which can now be controlled via the app.

The free to download app enables users to adjust and recall their personal settings for maximum comfort whether at home or when travelling. Aside from its ease of use and various setting options, the remote control app means that shower toilets in hotels, for example, can be easily adjusted to individual user profiles.

Extra features on the app include software updates and product information, while short videos offer an easy way for users to find out about the shower toilet’s various features and maintenance information.

The app is also a useful tool for installers, making maintenance of the shower toilet easier by allowing them to diagnose problems remotely. Installers can also use the app to register new devices as they are fitted. This process automatically extends the guarantee by a year.
