Exclusive venue upgrade is no bar to use of WGL’s Glasen

Wholesale Glass (WGL), the UK’s leading provider of glass finishes, mirrors and doors for the architectural and interiors sector, is toasting the part it has played in a £750,000 refurbishment of the fashionable Met Bar at central London’s Metropolitan Hotel.

The Wakefield-based company supplied its Glasen for the former private members club, a unique interior film laminated onto the back of glass to provide a high gloss 3D finish, of which it is the country’s largest supplier.

When the American based company needed an inspirational kitchen space to shoot their new TV advertising campaign, Symphony’s 20,000 sq ft purpose-built facility, known as ‘Inspire by Symphony’, proved the perfect backdrop.
